<sub>My first landscape painting can finally be considered finished! As I said, it is the first real landscape painting I have done. Of course I have done sketches of landscapes before, but I never really got into the whole landscape painting thing.. well, now I did. I decided it was about time to broaden my horizon. I just never had an occation to do one before. I think one of the most important things is to keep challenging oneself to do things one has never done before, and the challenge is what keeps painting being exciting too! Why paint the same old thing a million times, if one can try something new? So, I hope my landscape efforts will pay off in my figure paintings as well. And more landscape will come, when I get around to it. I promise.
